equipment, then we only charge the cost.

2). After-sale Service:
售后服务
A.The Seller will send engineers from engineering and technology department, to make the best design project and
guide to do the equipment foundation on the sport based on customer’s factual
situation within the contract signed for three years.
在合同签订三年之内，根据客户的实际场地状况，卖家应当派送专业的技术工程师至买方场地，负责项目
生产线的设计与设备的安装指导。
(One engineer will guide to do the foundation,two engineers for the assembling,one engineer
responsible for electricity , and one engineer will in charge of the process operation and debug it. The

buyer will offer hotel and food for all seller’s engineers, while seller will pay the air
tickets.)
首先派往一个工程师负责地基建设，之后派往两名工程师负责设备组装，第三名工程师派往负责整个电
路，最后一名工程师负责整个生产线运转及必要调试。买方需为卖方的工程师提供食宿，卖方负责五名工程
师的往来机票。
B. After running the test machine, the warranty period is 1 year.
设备运转之后质保期限一年。
C. If due to the damage caused by improper operation of the user's device, we will be responsible for
the maintenance and charge appropriate fees.
如果由于用户不恰当操作引起的设备损坏，我们可以提供维修服务并收取一定的费用。
D. We can offer very favorable prices machine parts, and can be life-long maintenance, after
exceeding the warranty period, if the device needs repair, we only charge the cost.
设备超出质保期后，如果需要维修，我们可以提供质优价廉的配件，并可以提供终身维修服
务，我们只收取成本费。
3).Terms of Payment:
付款方式
USD 20,750 to be transferred to seller’s ABC account (Agriculture Bank of China).
USD 379,250 to be paid on two split L/Cs at sight against shipping documents.
USD 20,000 to be paid in Cash or transferred
to your account from Dubai upon Test and Satisfactory Commissioning. Engineers Salary at rate of
60 USD/ day shall be paid by buyer separately upon Test and Commissioning. Manufacturing of the
equipments shall start immediately upon deposit of the Advance Payment;

发货时间
First Lot of supply from the first LC shall be shipped within 3 weeks (21 days） of receipt of the LC
and the remaining Lot shall be shipped within 60 days of receipt of the second LC;
第一批货物应当在收到第一个信用证之后 3 周内（21 天）发货，剩余货物在收到第二个信用证
之后 60 天内发货。
