PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
1) MILITARY FACTORY 200.
a) Welding production engineer from 5/2011 till now.
Responsibilities:-
1. Verify that production and acceptance are according to documents (drawing, welding procedure
operation sheet, code,specifications and standerds).
2. prepare and save project facilities(fixtures, welding machines, electrical and air outlets ...etc).
3. Follow-up product parts in various areas(cutting, edg preparation, rolling ...etc).
4. Verify that production area is safe and free of hazard and all technicians wear safty stuff.
5. Perform welders, procedure qualification and machines calibration.
6. Prepare , analysis and discuss production reports to production manager.
Projects:-
1. I-Beam (70 tons) built-up section.
 I manage 22 welder and 6 grinder to produce 4 I-Beam /day.
 We use 4 fixtures for assembly and 4 fixtures for firm weld.
 We use GMAW technology, spray transfer mode, T-joit, fillet weld using miller machines.
 I-Beam is produced and accepted according AWS D1.1 steel structure.
2. Storage tank size(60,50,30,20) tons.
 I manage 25 welder and 8 grinder to produce 1 tank /day.
 Tank dimensions for 60m3
are Diam 2.80m*Length10.00m* thichness 6mm.
 tank is produced and accepted according API 650 storage tank.
3. Pantoon bridge (for suez canal).

b) CNC machining and manufacturing engineer 7/2007 to 5/2011.
Responsibilities:-
1. Programming and operating of CNC machines including Machining centers (7-axis), horizontal and
vertical milling machines, horizontal and vertical turning machines and Robots , Fanuc and
sinumeric control.
2. verify that product is produced according to documents (drawing, program and operation sheet).
3. Check the machined dimensions ,feature size and feature control frame according to ANSI 14.5 ,
DIN and customer requirements.
4. Checks are performed using FARO laser tracker , hard gages and traditional measuring
equipements(inside,outside and depth micrometers hight gage..etc).
5. Prepare fixtures,jigs and select thier proper location.
6. Select, prepare tools and measure them.
7. Workpiece orientation and optimum zero point selection.
Maintenance skills:-
I have a very good experience in complicated 3,6and 9-axes CNCmachines programming, operation,
configuration and adjustments for example I can:
1. Adjust axes velocity, acceleration, backlash, reference position, spindle unit orientation, motor
direction, cam position, direction,axes soft limits and spindle unit bearing replacement .
2. Spindle units offsets and verify machine configuration.
3. Change and create macros for various purposes (tool change, tool length, probing macros) and other
special purpose macros and programs.
4. Deep understanding of G&M codes so that I can create programs manually or using CAD/CAM.
Projects:-
1. American battle tank M1A1 hull and turret.
 Co-production with American company General Dynamic Land Systems.
 Project include all possible machining operations (face,side and inclined milling, drilling
,boring ,reaming,taping and turning).
 Project uses upto 66 tool.
 We use FARO LASER tracker inspection (also for machines calibration).
2. Bogie of cairo metro line 3.
 Project uses upto 36 tool.
 Workpiece dimension 3.00m*2.00m*1.25m.
3. Seal ring housing for SIDI- KRIR power plant.
 Work piece dimension Diam 1850mm*Hieght150mm.
 Project uses upto 4 tool for turning + 5 tools for milling and drilling.
 Very accurate setting and accurate tolerences are required.
4. Drum and 2 shafts for SUGER company.
 Work piece dimension Diam 2.70m*Length 8.40m.
 Very accurate machining and assembly (co-axial shafts) are required.
5. Base of rolling machine (3.00m*1.50m*0.20m).

 I was working in a well known company working in marble manufacturing producing very
complicated and huge 3-D work pieces (banyo,bacin,horse,Etc).
Responsibilities:-
Machines operation, maintenance and programming for the following machines:
 6-axes Italian CNC machine (5-axes milling machine+1-axe for turning) using sinumerik (840D).
 9-axes German robot (KUKA) using ROBOMOVE software for machine control.

3) FROM7/2003 TO 10/2004 CNC IN PLAST MAC GROUP:
 Operation and programming of CNC machines in molds manufacturing.
 The machines contains advanced macros and codes so that it might produce a complete molds
without CAD/CAM.
 The machine builder is RAMBAUDI.
 The machine controle is SELCA 3045.
