B.贸易条款 Terms and conditions：
1.The prices is EXW factory price, Including packaging costs.
2. Payment Terms
(1) Packaging standard: large bare; small pieces is wooden cases.
(2) Delivery Date: within15days after receipt of deposit.
(3) Payment Terms: 30% TT deposit upon signing the contract, the balance 70% paid by telegraphic transfer before
the goods leave the factory.
(4) Guarantee: 100% brand new in the goods leave the factory.
3. Technical Services:
(1) Free design and installation of production line flow chart diagram according to the site.
(2) Providing the equipment installation foundation plans and the parts buyer need to prepare.
(3) Provide technical parameters of auxiliary equipment.
(4) Throughout the operation, if buyers need to adjust the layout, we can provide free technical services.
(5) Throughout the operation, we have the technology updates, and if the customer is willing to upgrade the
equipment, then we only charge the cost.
4. After-sale Service:
(1) We send special engineer from engineering and technology department, to make the best design project and
guide to do the equipment foundation on the sport based on customer’s factual situation within the contract
signed for three years.
(2) After the equipment arrives, our technician guides to install and debug it.
(3) After running the test machine, the warranty period is 1 year.
(4) If due to the damage caused by improper operation of the user's device, we will be responsible for the
maintenance and charge appropriate fees.
(5) We can offer very favorable prices machine parts, and can be life-long maintenance, after exceeding the
warranty period, if the device needs repair, we only charge the cost.
5. Insurance:
100% brand new when leaving factory, we guarantee quality of the machines for a period of one year from the date
of trial run finish, if any parts(exclude easily damageable parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we
should replace free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.
