Working Principles of Superfine Grinding Mill
After being crushed, material are carried into comminuting chamber by feeding system, the material will be impacted, abrasivesed,
cut, compressed among the high speed rotating parts and grains to realize the superfine grinding. The ground material will be
transported to the classifying- sections by the updraft airflow and the coarse particles and fine powders will be separated by
centrifugal force of classifying wheels and draft fan. The unqualified powders will be returned to the grinding chamber. The qualified
powders will enter the cyclone and the bag collector for collection. The purified gas will be discharged from the fan.

Working Principle of Superfine Grinding Mill
Our superfine impact mills have similar working principles to our superfine ball mill production lines and jet mills:
1. After roughly crushed, materials are fed into milling chamber;
2. Milling: when the chamber is rotating at high speed, the great impact force generated between materials and rotary parts helps
realize superfine grinding.
3. Classification for coarse and fine powders;
4. Qualified powders will be collected by cyclonic collectors and unqualified powders will be ground for the second time. Filtered air
will be discharged by induced draft fans.
