Part II.Terms and Conditions
1.The above price is on EXW Zhengzhou Price .
2. Time of Delivery: 40 working days after receipt of your deposit.
3. Terms of Payment, the deposit (30% of the total) should be paid by T/T when we sign the contract and the rest ,
70% of the money should be paid by T/T before goods leaves factory.
4. Port of Loading: Qingdao or Shanghai Port.
5.Warranty: 100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller shall guarantee that the commodity for 1 year,
excluding the wearing parts, and the seller will offer the buyer the wearing parts all the time with favorable price.
6.Installation: If the buyer requires the seller to send the engineer to guide to install the machine, the buyer should
prepare the materials needed and should be responsible for the technician’s travel expense, insurance,
accommodation abroad and salary. The salary for the engineer is 80 dollars per day.
7.the period of validity for this quotation is one month.
2. After-sales service:

1.During the installation and commissioning, we shall send our technician to the site for guiding the
installation and commissioning.
2.During the installation and commissioning, we offer training service
3.The buyer should pay the cost such as traveling, lodging and eating and so on, and pay the service fee
USD80/day/person.
4.The quality assurance date is one year after commissioning.
5.If the equipments appear the equipment failure because of improper handling of user, we are in charge of
maintenance, and collect the appropriate cost.
6.We offer the components with favorable price, perdurable maintenance. After quality assurance date, if the
equipments need to be repaired, we only collect the cost price.
