This Agreement is made effective as of _____,by and between THE TANGEMANBALLROOM AT THE UNIVERSITY

DATES/TIMES of permitted use, access to the facility of the event will commence at 9:00am the day of the event and will
end no later than 10:00am the following day
RENTAL FEES
Lessee shall pay lessoras a rental fee of $1,500.00. The lessee shall deposit the sum of $250.00 to the lessor upon the
execution of this agreement. Remaining due should be paid no less than 30 days after event has been held. Renter must show
proof of insurance and liability forms before payment may be accepted.Payment may be made out via cash delivery, check,
or credit.
*Under the Ohio safety and regulation laws* this venue may only hold up to 700 people max, if event plans to have more
people than the venue has allotted you must get approval by the fire Marshall. Upon signing this contract you agree that
venue will be given in a “as is” form and shall be returned in the same state.There shall be no smoking in the venue under
any circumstances, if guest violates this matter a fine of $500.00 will be added to bill. If guest needs extra setup or electrical
help an on staff employee will be assigned to your event in case of set up/ breakdown help is needed. If you need a stage,
projector, or electrical task conducted the assigned staffwill assist in all areas.
