passed the Accreditation and Equivalency Test for Elementary Level in 2009
through the Braille System and subsequently passed the 2010 A & E Test
Secondary Level. She will be our braille system teacher for the ALS for the
Blind this 2017.

Our municipality is one of the contributors on this situation because
we cannot deny the fact, though its actual number is not yet identified, that
there are a lot of constituents who were not able to complete basic

San Miguel who passed the Accreditation and Equivalency Test for Elementary Level in 2009 through the Braille System and subsequently passed the 2010 A & E Test Secondary Level.
