This document outlines a proposed clean-up drive activity for an Alternative Learning System (ALS) community learning center in Hernani, Eastern Samar, Philippines. The activity aims to engage ALS learners and raise environmental awareness by having teams of learners participate in a community clean-up event in September. The proposed budget of 500 pesos for the activity will come from the ALS Teachers' allowance.

is considered a clean-up month. As a responsible participant of the Alternative
LearningSystem,andasamemberof the communityingeneral,itisbutfittingto
take part in the environmentprotectionawareness.We aspire togive inspiration
with other organization or community to come up with the same program to
maintain a clean and green environment.
II. OBJECTIVES
 The purpose of this activity is to engage the ALS learners in a clean-up event.
Learners will be asked and reflect on the activity by creating a heightened
awarenessof communitybasedenvironmentissuesandhow everyoneshouldbe
stewards of the earth.
