3. Interview: Answers
Always had an interest in making different flavors work together. There presentation side of things creating something different and the reaction you
get from people when they try a cocktail and really like it.
How can you make it our own. And how can we improve on what's already been made, using different ingredients that aren't usually used in the run of
the mill cocktails.
Presentation and taste, has to taste good or no one will like it and has to look good or no one will buy it.
A sports bar that did cocktails in York at 18 years old.
Yes, and example I created a whole hotel menu (cocktails with beer in) for a bar in a brewery using their own beers. Also making it more accessible to
the customers who don’t necessary like beer.
Tonkoko White Russian, an adaptation of a classic White Russian but using an imperial stout with an fused vodka using Madagascan vanilla and
Tonka bean used in the brewing process to create the beer.
Old fashioned, traditionally made and has stood the test of time with how you put it together, simple to make but has to be done right.

4. Copy:
I wanted my interview to be professional and relevant to the context but I also wanted any age group (18+) to relate or be
interested in my fanzine. I also wanted my interview to be quite personal towards the person I was interviewing.
The layout I wanted to be minimalistic which a few illustrations so it flows with the rest of the fanzine. And instead of
numbering my questions and answers I chose to define the question from the answer through colours: black and blue.
