Responsibilities:
 Website
 Liaise with website design company regarding layout and content.
 Create landing pages for use alongside social media marketing campaigns.
 Manage product database for website ensuring all technical data is up to date and links to further
information are correct.
 Liaise with product Engineers to ensure all new product information is available for website and
sales literature.
 Ensure all product photography is current and create web banners for Category and Range
pages.
 Take product exploded drawings from engineering software, add links to further part breakdowns
and upload all files to the website via FTP.
 Manage content from all overseas branches and ensure correct content shows on correct
localised website.
 Research competitor websites.
 Price List – manage the complete process, once price increase is provided by the Directors.
Creation and print of the final document, by liaising with technical staff, Directors, Purchasing
personnel and printing companies.
 Manage Distributor database to ensure all commercial and technical documentation is delivered to
the relevant people throughout the distributor network.
 Create artwork for the laser marking of tools (Norbar and own brand).
 Create box label artwork for new products (Norbar and own brand) and update when required,

correct specifications.
 Manage the storage, reproduction and dissemination of all sales and marketing materials.

 Update company Intranet to ensure all staff have access to up to date employee information.
 Exhibitions Input into stand designs, booking accommodation and flights for Sales, Marketing,
Engineers and Directors.
 Operators/Service Manuals - Create design and ensure consistency across all product processes
within the company.
 Manage Distributor database to ensure all commercial and technical documentation is delivered to
the relevant people throughout the distributor network.
 Create design for product box labels and roll out across the full range of products.
 Distribution of all correspondence coming into the general email addresses (ie sales@ & enquiry@)
to ensure prompt passing to the correct people.

 Assisting the Sales & Marketing Director produce product data sheets.
 Compiling information on competitor products.
 Assisting with the production of Sales catalogues and leaflets.

 Take distributor sales information to produce rebate figures for use by Area Sales Managers.
 Arranging translation of product catalogues.
 Arranging translation of product operating manuals.
 Controlling stock of literature and ensuring orders are placed when necessary.
