I consider myself to be a motivated, hard working, conscientious and friendly individual. My current role of Artwork Delivery
Manager demands that I have strong scheduling and communication skills and am adaptable. I am a responsible individual
who enjoys working both on my own initiative and in a team.
The strengths I bring to a role are self motivation, prioritisation, strong people skills and organisational skills. I have a good
eye for detail and the ability to see things through to completion. Added to that I am a reliable, loyal, hard working and

AB World Foods is part of Associated British Foods. A major international manufacturer of branded grocery products, many
of which are market-leading household names. AB World Foods was formed in 2008 and today their portfolio of brands
(amongst others) is: Patak’s, Blue Dragon & Levi Roots.
Artwork Delivery Manager,AB World Foods
December 2013 - present
My key roles are:
- To manage the process of updating existing artworks across all owned brands, to ensure compliance with new
European requirements;
- To manage new artworks through the artwork and repro process (design-artwork-repro-print);
- To provide advice on and allocate barcodes;
- Provide support on NPD & Artwork KPI monitoring and reporting, process compliance & improvement work.;
- Liaising with Marketing (UK and Europe) andTechnical to obtain full briefs, incorporating relevant copy
and/or design changes;
- Agree realistic artwork delivery timelines and clearly communicate these to the business;
- Manage artworks through the approval system, chasing approvals where necessary, to ensure artworks are
delivered to the printer on time and with the correct approvals;
- Provide regular updates to NPD Process & Delivery Controller and NPD Delivery & Reporting Manager on progress
of artworks.
Domestic & General is a large International Financial Group, providing extended warranty for appliances and equipment in
the UK and Internationally on behalf of manufacturers & retailers.
I started working at Domestic & General in 1994 as a Marketing Assistant and progressed to Design Studio Administration
Manager. In 2011 I took on the role of Artwork BriefingTeam Manager.
Artwork Briefing Team Manager, Domestic & General Group Limited
September 2011to December 2013
My key roles were:
- to prioritise the work going through the Studio,WebTeam and Programming team;
- traffic management, tracking and monitoring jobs from conception to completion;
- ongoing management of the Artwork Automation System, monitoring and reporting on the
performance of the jobs through the system;
- ownership, development and maintenance of robust guidelines to support the creative process;
- proof reading;
- Artwork Project Management.
2. Design Studio Administration Manager
October 1994* to September 2011
My key roles were:
- to manage the design team of 5 designers;
- supervise the production of all artwork for the Domestic & General Group, including clients such as
BSH Group, LG Electronics, Baxi, Potterton, Lux Group, Hoover/Candy Group, Sky and more;
- administrate and organise the department and its workload providing support primarily to both the
marketing and sales departments;
- artworking.
- mentoring and motivating the designers;
- liaising with the Print Buyer and external printers;
- prioritising artwork in liaison with the Marketing Services Manager;
- keeping procedures up to date;
- managing print and photo library databases;
- updating and putting into place artwork procedures when required;
- proof reading.
* I joined D&G in 1994 and worked as a Marketing Assistant for a couple of years. At this time Domestic & General
outsourced Artwork so I liaised with Design Agencies and managed this process. Over the years the team evolved and
from 1996 onwards I managed the DesignTeam.
Production Co-Ordinator, Mailplan International Limited
March 1988 to September 1992
Mailplan International was a Direct Marketing Company specialising in business to business direct mail. Originally employed
as an Office Junior, after 2 years I took on the role of Production Co-Ordinator in the Studio.
My key roles were:
- administrating the department;
- keeping track of all the jobs, keeping job bags up to date;
- liaising with suppliers and photo libraries;
- booking in briefs for the studio.
Senior Sales Assistant, Inside Story
September 1987 to March 1988
Inside Story was a subsidiary chain of Littlewoods for the home.Whilst there I held the position of Senior Sales Assistant.

Interests
I have a strong interest in holistic therapies which has led me to train in Massage & Aromatherapy. I thoroughly enjoyed
learning the therapies, am now a QualifiedTherapist, and enjoy treating my family and friends with aromatherapy massages.
To keep fit I doYoga which I find to be a good challenge and a way to relax. I am also a very keen gardener and have a love
of nature and the outdoors, enjoying walking, surfing, swimming, cycling and camping.
