Provision of technical assistance during supply of crude oil to vessel or refinery thus:
• Ensure availability of all panel components.
• Input of Batch/Sample parameters information in supervisory computers.
• Ensure totalisers are reset, and correct start of batch is implemented.
• Setting of stream 1 on-line and stream 2 on auto.
• Ensure the alarm and report printers are available during loading to report status of metering
system.
• Ensure sample cans are empty and sampling system are fully available before loading.
• Ensure grabber and solenoid valves are on and available.
• Ensure jet mix pump are available and running.
• Ensure communication between skid and unit controlled panel.
• Carry out periodic maintenance on ultrasonic V flow meter.
• During loading Proving of duty meters, accept meter factors, and print prove report.
• Respond to faults and critical alarms during loading and off line.
• End batch and print official batch report with inputs from BOGT lab
