support to four of Shell Wind Energy (SWE) assets. Plan and coordinate field assessments to verify
effective HSSE management plan implementation on the ground. Consult JV core contractors on
delivery of HSSE critical activities such as worksite hazard management, Permit to Work, Incident
Investigation & Learning, and Subcontractor Management. Advise assets on the development and
delivery of SWE HSSE improvement plan by the business. Support to business compliance with
applicable HSSE Control Framework manuals including the JV HSSE Requirements manual.
Coordinate data entry and registration processes for ISNetworld Contractor HSSE data management
system. Support SWE field assets and core contractors to achieve Zero Health Safety &
Environmental Incidents goal.

maintenance Responsible for 10 (SEIC) direct reports and 52 contract pipeline maintenance oil spill
response and (PMD) support personnel as well as the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the
PMD. Pipeline OPS Readiness Integrated Safe System Of Work (ISSOW) Sight Controller. Dealt
with Russian Regulatory Authorities to ensure compliance w/ local and federal legislation

trainer and mentor for Russian National direct hires and apprentices from (SEIC) training center.

Performed responsible Pipeline Right Of Way inspections and maintenance. River crossing inspections and reports. Fault zone inspections.
