ROV Shift Superintendent
• Responsible to the ROV Operations Manager for providing technical, operational, and project support for
ROV intervention services on vessels in the Gulf of Mexico.
• Assigned to technically and operationally challenging ROV projects primarily when two or more ROVs are
involved.
• Support the ROV crew in technical or leadership roles throughout projects such as new build programs,
mobilizations, ROV system installations, ROV system upgrade programs, major overhauls, etc.
• Support the Offshore Manager and the Project Management department to ensure the timely and safe
completion of each project’s designated work scope. This may encompass a variety of work, including, but
not limited to, rigging, lifting, or ROV operations as needed.
• Work with the ROV Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and manage all ROV work activities at the worksite to
ensure safe and effective performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering in the development of project documentation and procedures as needed.
• Manage, coach, and develop crew members in operational and technical aspects of their jobs in order to
achieve effective team performance and maximize the potential of individuals.
• Support and fully participate in all of Harkand Gulf Services, LLC’s EHS policies and objectives.
ROV Supervisor
Maintain communications with vessel/installation management, onshore management, and client’s Offshore Representative;
Ensure all equipment and stores used by ROV department are maintained and calibrated as necessary; Ensure daily reports
to onshore ROV Operations Manager are made; Give instructions to vessel bridge personnel for operational requirements of
vessel; Collect necessary information pertaining to project and obtain approval from client’s representative where required;
Support and participate in the organizations continual improvement program to conform to ISO 9001:2008 requirements

In charge of ROV maintenance and training of new technicians, primary pilot, in charge of repairs and maintenance to all
subsea tooling, inventory and ordering parts; Familiar with DPRs and all daily paperwork required for client and office
references to the job scope; Acted as stand-in superintendent when needed.
