Systems Analyst May, 2008 to present
Served as Systems Analyst in the Human Resources Time and Labor space. This
position included configuration setup and changes and production support issues in
Kronos (both in iSeries and WorkForce Central (WFC) environments). WFC &
ScheduleSoft ran on Windows platform utilizing MS SQL databases.
Migrated twelve plants to Kronos iSeries when company was in acquisition
mode. Migrated 13 plants to Kronos WFC 7.0 platform.
Upgraded the ScheduleSoft labor scheduling environment thru 5 upgrades
(application, database and OS).
Collected business requirements for migrations and managed migration projects
and many other work requests as submitted via Agile and ADKAR
methodologies.
Supported third party and custom applications that ran on Oracle 11 database
environments: Easy Lobby and in-house written Infofinder applications.

Served as System Service Owner (SSO) for AS/400-Mainframe environment.
Positioned as the “technical” expert for the AS/400 and Mainframe platforms in an

clients. In addition, migrated several new customers into the Omaha Data Center.
Migrated customers from CICS/ESA 4.1 to CICS/TS 1.3 and subsequently to
CICS/TS 2.3 and several maintenance levels.
Installed and administered the following OEM products: AbendAid/FX,
Xpeditor/CICS, CA-DADS Plus, CA-Intertest for CICS and CA-Symdump for CICS,

Developed skills on the following OS/390 operating environments: JES2, JES3 and

Served as CICS System Programmer for company division needs as well as parent
company location across 3 LPARS. Maintained CICS environment on a daily basis and
upgraded CICS and MVS software products as needed. Provided backup services for
ACF2 administrator and implemented ACF2/CICS resource rules as needed.
Selected by company to be the sole participant at technical conferences to learn and
administer system upgrades from CICS.
Oversaw implementation of new products and services by personally upgrading
system software via SMP/E that improved application performance.
President’s Award finalist for teamwork on data center consolidation project. This
project resulted in a $1 million annual savings.
Absorbed ADABAS DBA responsibilities and maintained ADABAS online and batch
environments. Provided day-to-day support to applications development and user
community. Continued ADABAS education by attending two SAGA (Software AG)
