customized Order Fulfillment system supporting 16 key distributors and with many interfaces to external systems . Production
support involves break fixes, data fixes, technical configuration fixes, scheduled job breakdown fixes, interface breakdown fixes,
and minor enhancements or changes to the application. Ensure team consistently meets customer expectations and SLA/KPI

WebCumpas is a critical web interface that allows dealers to order parts from distributors and about 60% of aftermarket
parts sales come through this channel for the NA region. There was a lack of documentation around this application and
the business need was to capture and document the functional design, technical design and architecture, implementation
and training documents to ensure business continuity in case of any potential issues with the application or even otherwise
to help with any development / enhancements work in and around the application. As such led the team through application
overview sessions with various stakeholders to understand the application - details included its functionality, its interfaces
with other applications, application architecture etc. This was a short term project and required us to understand the whole
application and deliver in 10 weeks.
Operational Analytics Role: Business and Process Reengineering Lead (BPRL); Client: HP Inc., Palo Alto, CA, USA
Enable analytics/reporting capability for the Operational Business Management teams. This project is external to the Service
Cloud system (Salesforce) and uses multiple data sources utilizing Vertica database to store data. QlikView BI technology
is used as a frontend to display Analytics and Reports. Captured, and documented the Reporting requirements for Customer
Support related modules being implemented in the new CRM application. This included defining the measures/KPIs and
data elements/dimensions needed. Created mock ups for dashboard layouts. Specific requirements for the functionalities
such as comparative trending analysis, deep dive analysis, standard slice/dice, filtering of data etc. were defined for the
new reporting tool. Created test scripts, performed testing and provided end user training on the new reporting tool.
