Have started my career in manufacturing vertical with R&D division where the design thinking, Process excellence and Team management are key skills I have acquired and explored further into IT transformation across other verticals also, namely Telecom Service and Supply Chain. Handled projects with multi vertical for IT transformation and automation through RFID, SCADA and Mobility by BPR for client’s business process. Scholarly manage the multi-cultural team of size 250 plus consultants across all modules towards Delivery & Support with Solution Architecting functions. Established COE - Center Of Excellence for Delivery & Support with measurable metrics and SLA.
