This document provides information about forming teams in Project Apps by Apptivo, Inc. It discusses adding employees and customers to projects. Employees can be assigned as project managers or team members by clicking "Add Employee" which allows selecting existing or creating new employees. Customers can be added as project contacts by clicking "Add contact" and selecting or creating new customer names along with their industry. Confirmation screens notify the user once people have been successfully added to the project team.

2. Forming a Team
• Every projects would need a team which will include Employees
and in some case it might also include Customer.
• Apptivo allows you to invite Customers and employee to be a
viewer in a project.
• An email will be sent to persons who have been added to the
project for them to view the project inside their Apptivo account.

1. You can assign one of the employee as project manager from the team
who is handling the project.
2. You can assign team members for the project on clicking “Add
Employee”.
3. You can Add customer team for the project. This field will suggest the
details of the customer.

Once you add the employees list , confirmation screen pops up to give you
confirmation as people has been added successfully.

7. Adding customer contact
You can add customer contact
for the project on clicking
“Add contact”.

Once you add the customer’s contact , confirmation screen pops up to give
