1. Maintaining internal IT department like as Active Directory, Group Policy in Domain
Enviroment and System based policies configuration and management.
2. Provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software
problems, including desktop, laptop, LAN, WAN and Remote systems.
3. Maintenance, Troubleshooting of Desktop Pc’s, Laptops.
4. Implementing and configuring the corporate LAN environment.
5. Hardware and Microsoft support for the Client machines.
6. Installation and configuration of network Printers.
7. Outlook configurations and support.
8. Configure of all types of Router & Firewall.
