 Prepared software specifications and searched for suitable ERP vendors for a number of
clients in a range of industries including services, trading, manufacturing and consumer
goods. Scope of work included vendor assessment and appraisal of ERP packages.
 Conducted post-implementation review and quality assurance of ERP and business system
implementation. Included review of project management, risk management, issues and
change management, project reporting and user acceptance testing.
