The Crossroads project will replace outdated external manufacturing ERP systems at various franchises
of Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices & Diagnostics organization. There are several planned
deployments which will be implemented by the creation of an MD&D Supply Chain Center of Competency
(CoC) for providing governance, business process subject matter expertise and internal capabilities to
rapidly deploy the remaining MD&D sites at significantly reduced costs over the next several years. The
CoC will also provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.
Responsibilities
 Lead Quality Management team to ensure the project delivery targets are met.
 Liaison between Franchisees and Global IT delivery team in modeling best fit QM design and
plan development of new Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms under
QM space
