OUR GOALS:
After the seminar- workshop, the participants shall

1. plan a lesson following the format stipulated in
DepEd Order No. 42, s.2016 correctly;
2. demonstrate a planned lesson confidently;
3. adapt the DepEd format in planning and
delivering of lessons proficiently.

Flexibility is allowed in the delivery of DLL
procedures.
Teachers do not need to go through all 10 parts in
every lesson.
Teachers need to ensure that the procedures of the
lesson lead to the achievement of the stated
objectives.
These ten parts should be done across the week.
Like Benjamin Franklin once
said: “If you fail to plan, you are
planning to fail.”
Planning ahead helps you stay
focused, on track, and brings your
goals to life.

DepEd Lesson Planning Format Guide

  • 1. OUR GOALS: After the seminar- workshop, the participants shall be able to: 1. plan a lesson following the format stipulated in DepEd Order No. 42, s.2016 correctly; 2. demonstrate a planned lesson confidently; 3. adapt the DepEd format in planning and delivering of lessons proficiently.

  • 19. Flexibility is allowed in the delivery of DLL procedures. Teachers do not need to go through all 10 parts in every lesson. Teachers need to ensure that the procedures of the lesson lead to the achievement of the stated objectives. These ten parts should be done across the week.
  • 20. Like Benjamin Franklin once said: “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.” Planning ahead helps you stay focused, on track, and brings your goals to life.
