into EAM.
 Approve invoices, once all spare parts, various items, products, PPE & safety items have been received & accounted for.
 Engaged with AH Group a vendor specializing in repairs with a warranty program, by sending red tagged spare parts out
for repair for cost savings.
 Ship red tagged Amazon Robotics spare parts out weekly to Amazon Robotic Field Service for repair.
 Perform weekly cycle counts, review discrepancy report, engage with all facilities management concerning any
discrepancies to be in compliance & meet our weekly KPI metric.
 Created daily transaction log used by RME maintenance technicians to manually sign spare parts out of inventory.
(Technicians are responsible for electronically assigning spare parts to work orders, using EAM)
 Audit daily transaction log for accuracy of current inventory.
 Report out any discrepancies found on the daily transaction log using a daily transaction log audit spreadsheet created in
Microsoft Excel to RME maintenance management to have the discrepancies resolved.
 Created a “dataspy” in EAM to audit daily work orders ensuring that spare parts are assigned, if used.
