positions across a wide spectrum of organisations. In his current role, Ajit employs his
robust experience and visionary leadership skills to oversee corporate strategies,
development and implementation of business plans and human capital in the best
possible way.

Chief Human Resources
Officer
A seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in the UK and Middle
East, Natalie Sejean is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vasco Worldwide. She is
responsible for overseeing HR deliverables across five regions and over 33 countries.
She is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
CIPD, England.
