path to your success. 
– Use your aspirations, ambitions and aims to 
inspire your goals. 
– Set goals outside your comfort zone. Where 
do you want to be in 5, 10 or 20 years from 
today? 
– Share your plan with your inner circle.

3. Be curious — explore new opportunities and 
solve problems. 
– Never be afraid to ask questions, seek to 
understand the issue. 
– Look for issues that require your expertise 
and insight to solve. 
– Change is inevitable; make change a part of 
your life.

4. Get involved in your community - Do well by 
doing good! 
– Network with community leaders through 
volunteer opportunities. 
– Volunteer your time for what you care 
about. 
– Give back and be rewarded in ways you 
never imagined.

professional development. 
– Go beyond your professional development 
requirements.
