you’re answering to.

insufficient on our own.
– Surround yourself with people who know more than
you do.
– Be willing to make both sacrifices and commitments
– Have a strong faith. It’s where emotional fortitude
comes from

– Respect that wisdom comes with age and experience
– Integrate the new and the old. The emerging and the traditional.
– Manage your time wisely
– Keep confidences. Don’t gossip. It’s very detrimental to the
people you’re discussing – and especially to you.
– Just do it. Be a leader in your industry. In your family. In your
community
To reach excellence you must first be a leader of good character. You must do everything you are supposed to do. Excellence starts with leaders of good and strong character who engage in the entire process of leadership. And the first process is being a person of honorable character. So..what does leadership have to do with taking your network to the next level?Organizations/communities/companies will not achieve excellence by figuring out where it wants to go, then having leaders do whatever they have to in order to get the job done, and then hope their leaders acted with good character.You must start with the good character. Exhibit that good character. That is the first step.
