TE consolidated three business units, Telecom Networks, Enterprise and Wireless to form Broadband
Network Solutions – I was promoted to lead channels for Asia Pacific, 23 countries. Established new formal
channel programs for APAC and increased channel revenue by 12% in FY14 and an additional 11% in
FY15.

Overall responsibility for all Southeast Asia (10 countries) sales. Grew revenue year-on-year by 32%,
expanding business into Myanmar and implementing many new sales processes, including comprehensive
sales methodology.

revenue in the history of the company in FY11 for ASEAN at 28% year-on-year growth. Further grew
revenue on a year-on-year basis for FY12 at 11%, establishing a new high in annual revenue.

development. Responsible for go-to-market strategy and designed digital signage infrastructure device,
which was used to deploy digital screens in Shanghai’s Central Business District, which are still
commercially operational today.

Built sales team from the ground-up of a new external-facing business unit with overall responsibility of sales
and marketing for PCCW’s (Hong Kong’s largest company and incumbent telecom operator) technical
solutions to external clients across the globe, excluding Greater China. Won new business of more than
3. US$20 million in Thailand, Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Morocco, Brazil, Spain,
Portugal and Turkey. Also supported all IPTV projects and large infrastructure projects in Greater China.

to discuss strategy, sales and mentoring. Also attend quarterly board meetings.

Top executive in Pacific Connections, web development subsidiary of Chinadotcom, responsible for all

employee base by more than 50%, while growing revenue by more than 75%. Directly responsible for
bringing in the following new clients: Coca Cola, Northwest Airlines, Seagram, KLM – Royal Dutch Airlines,
Motorola, Bank of China and Micromuse. Personally initiated strategic alliance strategy and signed
agreements with IBM, Compact, Dell, Intel, Micromuse, iLink, and Hill & Knowlton.

As North Asia Marketing Director, was responsible for portfolio business strategy; alliance, merger and
acquisition direction; identification of segment-specific offering needs and management of internal/external
communications for Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and India. Responsibilities also
included all multi-country sales opportunities in North Asia and business development in emerging markets.
As Channels Director, oversaw the development of sales training curriculum on portfolio; reporting of
portfolio-specific sales performance and distribution of information on portfolio for the Asia/Pacific region.
This role was driven out of the South Australian Government contract, whereby we were obligated to
develop the CHAPs program (Channels to Asia Pacific).
