Data Entry, Underwriting, Training, Deployment, Shipping, Customer Service, Fraud Monitoring, Chargeback and Retrieval Processing, Residual Calculations and Collections. 1996 Built Back Office for PMT. Data Entry, Training, Customer Service, Integrated Fraud Monitoring, Residuals 1998 - Present Formed Lighthouse Software Development. Vision is to provide solutions and services to payment organizations that do not have their own development team at reasonable costs. Built Back Office and Fraud Monitoring Systems for over 40 ISO’s and Acquirers. ISO clients have portfolios from 500 merchants to 80,000 merchants. Fraud monitoring system reviews over 100.000 transactions a day from multiple sources during a day. Provided pre PCI services to 3 ISO’s to prepare for audits including the development of Security Policies and Procedures and the PCI ROC Document.

Ruth Brent Ruth, as the Software Development Manager at Nova Information Systems led the development for the Eclipse Back Office System, totally automating the merchant boarding process from receipt of an application to the installation of equipment. At PMT Inc. Ruth managed the development resources to provide an automated Single Point of Entry system used internally as well as by sub offices and partners. Before entering the credit card processing environment Ruth developed the Phoenix Technologies BIOS for laptops, co-designed and developed a printer operating system for Delphax, Inc. that printed 30 pages a minute with a fill page of graphics, unheard of at the time. Ruth was also the manager and lead developer for the Lotus Development ISV Department, and was responsible for the development of the Printer Drivers for its 123 Spreadsheet and Symphony Product Lines and the support of third party developers. Howard Falcon Howard served as the Director of Systems at Nova Information Systems, (Elavon), where he designed the Eclipse Back Office System, totally automating the Back Office services and support. Howard was also responsible for integration of portfolios purchased or merged for the company as well as all financial reporting. As the Sr. Director of Systems at PMT Howard designed and directed the development of a Single Point of Entry System, (IRIS), which reduced the cost and streamlined the back office operations by integrating external offices with internal processes. Before entering the credit card processing environment Howard designed and managed the development of a printer operating system for Delphax, Inc. Howard was the ISV Manager for Lotus Development and was responsible for the development and upgrading of the Printer Drivers for its 123 Spreadsheet and Symphony Product Lines. At Phoenix Technologies Howard formed and managed the Software QA Group which developed testing procedures that were used internally and were eventually sold to clients as products. Howard also provided management and technical leadership for Raytheon Data Systems world wide technical support.
