PERSONAL PROFILE
Having spent many years running a highly successful retail operation, I developed a professional practice
including but by no means limited to leadership of retail teams, management of the customer experience and
strategic procurement. When I finally sold my store, I was in a financial position to pursue a long-standing
calling to work with people experiencing significant barriers to employment.
Leveraging my strong professional background and newly-minted Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, I
took on roles first for Sarina Russo Institute and then Smart City, working with students experiencing
difficulties due to long-term unemployment or learning difficulties to achieve a vocational qualification and
find work.
