Achilles is a data preparation tool that allows users to upload CSV files, map columns and formats, detect and remove outliers, and download cleansed data and outlier reports. It streamlines data cleaning by allowing users to upload files, map columns to appropriate types and formats which can detect monetary outliers, and download the cleaned data along with information on outliers and data quality on a per file or per column basis.

3. Uploading
• Headers
If not in the file add headers.
• Delimiter
Value that is used to separate the data
values. (choose wisely otherwise mapping
will be an issue)

4. Mapping
• Mapping
Change column type if needed
and choose the format.
If you choose monetary it will
also detect outliers.
• Default value
If you don’t want to change
format or apply outlier analyze
you can keep it on default.

5. Downloading
• Cleansed file
Clean file without outliers.
• Outlier file
File containing all the outliers.
• Delete
By clicking on the ‘container’ you can delete the file. If you don’t
need it or you made a mistake by choosing the delimiter.

6. Data stats
• Select file
You can check the data quality per file, or all submitted files.
• Quality
Amount of null values and outliers in the whole file.
• Quality per column
Amount of null values and outliers per column.
