"Motivating Employees"

Project Introduction
More than a motivational tool, it is a very intelligent way to positively encourage

employees and thus create and increase positive results on the work that is being

done.
Usually these techniques are used not only to increase the production and

effectiveness of people, but they are also used so that employees have good mental

hygiene.
Note:
Promising rewards and threatening punishment are the top 2 reasons

to motivate employees

My purpose with this research is to

teach how I would motivate my

employees if I owned a company.

Note:
First of all, a small survey should be done, first analyzing those ideas that we have

in our heads, in order to raise them and equate them with the research done.
Using basic elements, I researched about basic elements about employee motivation, based

on the different opinions that I was hearing and the legacies left by those who

implemented motivation in their jobs and combined them with my opinions.
I put myself in the role of a boss, I identified what those essential objectives were,

those constant questions, those answers that would be given to them. Employee motivation

encompasses a huge part of any job, because without employees there simply wouldn't be

one. It was also investigated about: Why employee motivation is important and the answer

was directly given.
EXPLANATION OF PROJECT
This project places us in the possibility of acquiring knowledge by researching,

finding out and analyzing different opinions that make us think a lot

Work of this caliber allows the student to create a mental improvement, identifying

and generating better ideas, modifying basic ideas and turning them into superior

ideas
I analyzed those ideas created by the parents of motivation, thus creating my own

ideas. Placing myself in the role of an adult, I generated ideas to help my future

employees.
I will use these ideas in the future, creating my own way of motivating my

employees.Taking into account that motivation plays an essential role in the company
since, seen from whatever perspective, it becomes one of the most important points

This project places us in the possibility of acquiring knowledge by researching,

finding out and analyzing different opinions that make us think a lot
Methodology
MY PREFERENCES:
THE BASES WHERE I HOLD MY IDEAS
*Note:
It should be noted that as a boss I would be fun, someone friendly and relaxed, but when it is necessary

to do homework, I would dedicate myself to indicating what should be done and how it should be done so that

there are errors in the corresponding tasks.
I will offer small gifts such as vacations or days off for those who perform better than the rest
I will give free activity times for those who deserve it
I will change the environment depending on the performance I get to see
I will publicize the achievements that my employees have made
Findings
Investigating and getting into several online pages I found...
That the environment of a job creates in the head of the employee a perspective on how that

job is managed and how it is done
Each disadvantage of the work is analyzed and it is tried to solve to increase the labor

efficiency
That doing more teamwork improves the quality of work since tests are done and errors are

corrected
That the recognition of good deeds makes people have healthy minds
I am pleased to let you know that I have discovered many things that in
the future, if fate allows me, I would use to have an exceptional

performance in my work. In addition to creating my own ideas, I came to
identify what could be those disadvantages that my work could have and I

solved them, I also increased my knowledge about how things were in the
different jobs. who would say that an investigation would open my eyes in
relation to how job performance could be increased, those ways in which
the human mind conforms or even feels pleased with something, in this

case their work.
