I have to set my plans in order to have clear what I
want to do and to know where I’m going.

This step begins asking ourselves
about how we do our job.

new skills in order to be a better
professional, because everything is
changing too fast so…
We have to do it too!

5. I have to organize the steps in order to
complete the process in the correct way.
This means organize the goals by:
 How much time do I want to spend.
 Long or short term goals
And at last but not least we have to make all
these ideas and dreams become
true

6. Record the best moments
Make memory of the best moments is a way to make them even more
valuable and make me appreciate them. It also help me see what I am doing
and help me improve in my weak areas.

7. I’ve always believe that
the best way to improve in
every aspect in life is
analyzing our weaknesses.
I think that before to
improve something I have
to be able of evaluate
myself, set the areas I
have to improve and have
the correct attitude to
accept that I have to
improve what I’m doing.

When something is
going well or even
bad, it is important to
analyze what is
happening around.
Think about time,
transportation or even if
there are things I cannot
see easily.
After doing it, think if it is
necessary to do any
change, if I can stay they
way I am or if I have to
improve in any area.

9. Make it happen
The most important part of developing professionalism is to be ready for change.
Our culture make us avoid changes but, Can we be different if we continue thinking inside
the box?
I believe it is not possible so I try to think outside the box and to change if I need it. That
is why it is important to work on step 6 “Self Evaluation”, that way I will know what to do
and what do I have to change or improve.

Teamwork optimizes individual resources so
that we can improve the way to reach our
goals.
Working in teams doesn’t mean just to work with a lot of people
so I organize them in order to work together to achieve
objectives easily.
