The Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking a Chief Learning Officer to lead the Procurement Training Institute. As CLO, the individual will be responsible for creating, overseeing, and implementing a District-wide learning and professional development system to continuously improve procurement and contracting functions. Major duties include advising the Chief Procurement Officer on training programs, serving as a subject matter expert on training, and managing delivery systems. A master's degree is preferred, and 7 years of demonstrated leadership experience executing procurements is required.
