Rogers Investments was a company that was established as part of the City of Upland’s Ordinance as a
requirement to buy and run an apartment complex. The complex was a three unit apartment that was being

Computer Sciences Corporation was one of the several companies spearheading the newest Electronic Warfare
Equipment installed on personal military vehicles for use in combat in both Iraq and Afghanistan. There were
several locations across both areas of operation during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring
Freedom, where the priority was to install, troubleshoot, and maintain the different electronic jamming devices
available to the U.S. Military. Training was essential so troops would make use of a weapon that was literally
unseen when working. It was imperative to the survival of thousands of troops who were involved in wartime
strategies that were unprecedented in American combat, where the enemy was destroying vehicles from afar using
radio controlled electronic devices to detonate roadside bombs.
CREW FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: Responsible for maintaining Crew Site systems in all aspects.
Maintain $500,000+ inventory of parts and equipment for the CREW (Counter RCIED Electronic Warfare)
Shop at COB (Contingency Operating Base) Adder, Iraq and Camp Buehring, Kuwait to provide maintenance
and support for Brigade level troops - strength (4500 troops) · Responsible directly or indirectly for 700+ vehicle
CREW systems · Provided knowledge, support, and training to Army units on proper use of the equipment for

L3 Vertex (Communications) was one of the several companies spearheading the newest Electronic Warfare
Equipment installed on personal military vehicles for use in combat in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Support
operations were conducted in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Bahrain, where CREW (Counter RCIED Electronic
Warfare) equipment were being installed for the first time in countries to support our U.S. Military, and DOD
operation units. L3 Vertex is a division of L3 Communications that performs maintenance on military aircraft,
but was able to break off into the electronic warfare arena during the campaigns of Operation Iraqi Freedom and
Operations Enduring Freedom.

personnel (from several different companies) permanently attached to or passing through COB Adder, Iraq
(Tallil) on Electronic Warfare Equipment · Participated with other Site Lead FSR and Navy Site Lead counter-
parts for accountability of maintenance performed, manning, and various issues concerning Base requirements ·
Performed tool and equipment inventories in excess of more than 2 million dollars · Shipped, received, and
transferred electronic warfare systems (logistics) via the Logistics Headquarters on base, verified location of
equipment via tracking system of RFID tags, followed up, and coordinated retrieval of equipment sent to the

U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation 160th SOAR (A), an Aviation Regiment with a mission to organize,
equip, train, resource and employ Army special operations aviation forces worldwide in support of contingency
missions and combatant commanders. Known as Night Stalkers, these Soldiers are recognized for their
proficiency in nighttime operations. They are highly trained and ready to accomplish the very toughest missions
in all environments, anywhere in the world, day or night, with unparalleled precision. They employ highly
modified Chinook, Blackhawk, and assault attack configurations of Little Bird helicopters. Besides being a
proficient soldier in arms with other military units, the Night Stalkers support their aviation in all aspects of
helicopter maintenance by offering continuous training to their soldiers using both military and civilian schools.
160th
is in a constant state of readiness and soldiers assigned to deploy are ready within one hour to depart to
wherever the mission calls. Millions of dollars of equipment and support logistics is prepared and on hand while
soldiers maintain the accuracy and readiness of deployable items.
HELICOPTER POWER PLANT MECHANIC: Accomplished, and participated in a shop team performing
maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on Sikorsky Uh-60, MH-60 and AH-6, MH-6M helicopters.
Preventative maintenance procedures included 100-300-500 hour phase inspections that entailed visual
inspections, the teardown and build-up, blending of compressor blades to enhance performance, and flushes on
power-plant engines. Maintenance entailed removing power plant engines from the airframe conducting
maintenance which would include inspections of the internal parts of the engine and replacement of parts and/or
troubleshoot and fix miscellaneous assemblies to maintain the integrity of the engine and components, then
reinstall the power plant engine back into the airframe unit and conduct new inspections to be sure the power
plant was running correctly. This would include test flights where the technician would sit with the pilot and
verify HIT (Health Indicator Test) checks, vibration and max power checks (ETF and ATF –one engine and
working in synergy). Other duties included:

HELICOPTER POWER PLANT MECHANIC: Accomplished, and participated in a shop team performing maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on Sikorsky Uh-60, MH-60 and AH-6, MH-6M helicopters. Preventative maintenance procedures included 100-300-500 hour phase inspections that entailed visual inspections, the teardown and build-up, blending of compressor blades to enhance performance, and flushes on power-plant engines. Maintenance entailed removing power plant engines from the airframe conducting maintenance which would include inspections of the internal parts of the engine and replacement of parts and/or troubleshoot and fix miscellaneous assemblies to maintain the integrity of the engine and components, then reinstall the power plant engine back into the airframe unit and conduct new inspections to be sure the power plant was running correctly.
