Trustworthy, hard worker, dedicated, loyal, independent, thisis how I would describe DeAnn Burns.
I have had the opportunity to know and work with DeAnn for the past 23 years.
For the past ten years she has been my property manager. She has the duties of manager,
bookkeeper, public relations, customer service, and troubleshooteralong with many other day-to-
day duties in dealing with tenants, utility companies and employees she has hired. She has had to
deal with evictions along with goingto court. Shestartedup a QuickBooks accountingsystemfor
the property finances. All this time she has continued to show her ability to “trouble shoot” and
show diligence, sound judgment and independence in doingso.
