I have come to know Cherrie Bolin very well over my 9+ years at Ecova, both professionally and personally.
As her direct manager for 15 months (July 2012- Sept 2013), I watched Cherrie provide outstanding service,
demonstrate amazing work ethic, and be an informal leader to her peers. Even after my role changed, I
continued to interact with Cherrie, watching her continue to reliably deliver to her clients. Her passion for
outstanding customer service comes through in everything that she does and she would be a great addition
to any client facing team.
Cherrie consistently performed in a manner that exceeded my expectations and was always one of the top
rated members on my team of 20+ individuals. She is dependable, always being one of the first to arrive and
last to leave in order to meet the needs of her clients. Her ability to communicate with the clients is
fantastic. Her clients would often reach out to me directly to praise her work. Cherrie is also a great leader
to her team members, helping to train on core business applications and procedures. Despite all of these
items, the thing I appreciate the most about Cherrie is her willingness to go the extra mile. She is truly an
extension of her clients and could be counted on to navigate all the challenges she faced.
