It is my great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for my colleague Ted Archer. I
have known Ted for three years, he worked as a customer service representative as well as a
customs compliance coordinator. During this time I worked closely with him and got to know
him very well. In these roles he had a considerable amount of responsibilities and handled
them effortlessly. He consistently strove for excellence, always completed all tasks on time,
was efficient and professional.
I have always been impressed by Ted's strong communication skills. Part of his job involved
contacting numerous high-profile companies, customs brokers, officers and our customs
department in Canada to resolve time-sensitive issues. He was active in asking questions,
and seeking solutions as he encountered problems. Ted has very strong organizational skills,
the ability to learn quickly and has always sought to gain additional responsibilities. He trained
many of our new associates and took on many additional responsibilities while I was on
maternity leave this past year. Ted is extremely reliable, always arriving early and staying until
all tasks were complete. My job was never easier or more enjoyable than when I worked with
Ted.
I can state with confidence that Ted has a superior work ethic and he is an extremely
motivated and responsible employee with a high degree of integrity. He has shown that he is
a very intelligent person, I believe he would be an incredible asset to any team and I have no
