When we describe habits, we often use some
particular Time Expressions such as:
 Now
 Nowadays
 As we speak
 At this moment
 These days
Other Time Expressions as:
 Every day, every Saturday.
 On Mondays, on Saturdays.
 Once, twice a day.
 Nowadays, exercising is the trend.
 These days, I go to work at 10:00 a.m.
 I go to the cinema on Saturdays.

7. Adverbs of frequency such as:
 Usually
 Always
 Often
 Sometimes
 Occasionally
 Rarely
 Never

8. To talk about a routine in the present we use simple present and a
frequency adverb.
Affirmative:
Subject + Adverb + Verb + Complements
 I usually read books in the evening.

9. Negative:
Subject + Don`t/Doesn`t + Adverb + Verb + Complements
 She doesn`t usually eat in fast food restaurants.
 We don`t usually get up early.

10. Interrogative:
(Yes/no-questions)
Do/Does + Subject + Adverb + Verb + Complements
 Does she usually go to cinema on Saturdays?
 Do they always study together?
