Women in IT/ICT Sharing Experiences

2. Description
 WISE is a student organization on campus that focus
on women in IT and ICT.
 They are looking to expand as an organization across
campus through various outlets.
 One of these outlets include their webpage which we
will be redesigning.

3. Goals
 Our goal is to redesign the webpage so that
 WISE can be promoted more efficiently.
 More information could be found about events and
activities.
 Current members or those interested in joining can
become more informed about various aspects of the
organization.

4. Timeline/Execution
 Within the next two weeks we plan to have a design
template of the layout, color scheme, and content for
the webpage.
 Also, we hope in the next two weeks to have received
content from the WISE president and their new logo
design.

5. Metrics/ Team Roles
 How do we measure our success
 WISE satisfaction with the webpage
 The more activity on the webpage/webpage views
 We feel that combining all the team member skills
together would be most productive and successful.

6. Potential issues
 Our potential issues would be not getting the content
required for the webpage in a timely manner.

7. Next Step
 Our next step is to have another meeting where we
make decisions on our design for the webpage.
