I am pleased to write this recommendation on behalf of Mr. Christopher Callahan. Mr. Callahan began
working for BAUER Compressors, Inc. in April of 2015. As the Director of the Technical Competency
Center, Mr. Callahan reported directly to me in his position of Project Manager. I have seen Mr. Callahan
work diligently and with demonstrated capability. He has established good relationships with his
colleagues across many trade groups within BAUER from engineering, assembly, fabrication, testing,
sales and planning and also externally with suppliers and customers.
As Project Manager, Mr. Callahan monitored the progress of modified to order and highly engineered
projects and reported on these projects both internally to planning, sales and management and
externally to our customers. He also acted as trouble‐shooter and facilitator in identifying and solving
issues impacting project schedules including those related to fabrication, assembly, purchased
components and labor resources. He proved himself to be an excellent communicator with strong
leadership qualities and demonstrated the ability to manage multiple tasks and accomplish goals
efficiently and according to schedule. His work performance was consistently strong and I believe that he
will have great success in his future endeavors.
He had a positive attitude when dealing with his colleagues and our customers. He always displayed a
responsible attitude toward his work and ensured that he performed his tasks professionally. After
spending a year in the Technical Competency Center, he has proven himself as a valuable member of our
team.
