To Whom It May Concern:
I had the pleasure of having Jake join me as a direct report at OtterProducts during
his internship from Jan 2014 – Aug 2014, prior to when he was taken on as a
fulltime employee.
Jake is an intelligent and energetic team player. He is extremely quick to study and
learn the Program Manager responsibilities, and immediately implement to become
a leader to his direct team delivering on all calibers. His projects were handled with
the upmost priority and achieved their objectives on time, on cost, and on quality. I
could always depend on him, without having to keep a close eye – he loves being a
leader and displaying those traits through his work.
Jake is also eager to make his mark by taking on responsibilities over and above the
job requirements. For example, Jake established the international workflow with
our vendor for the Alpha Glass product line as it was brought into the company. Jake
led the charge with establishing a process with an international vendor and creating
an efficient systemic platform for years to come. I was impressed to say the least.
He led a team to demonstrate his product line at a product showcase and showed
his additional passion & enthusiasm for marketing, he has volunteered for other
activities that are important to the company, even though many times people didn’t
want to touch them.
It’s been a pleasure working with Jake and I’m sure he would be an asset & an
investment to any organization.
