John Glenning was employed as a Contract Engineer at the Watlow Columbia
manufacturing facility from March 2004 to April 2004.
During John’s brief assignment here, he performed his duties very well. He was tasked
with identifying sources of contamination within our manufacturing process and outlining
a plan to reduce and/or eliminate them. John’s expertise in contamination reduction is
only outweighed by his enthusiasm and skills of observation and organization. These
skills allowed John to complete the assigned project in a thorough and timely fashion. All
expectations and goals set for John were met or exceeded during the duration of this
project.
John is vastly experienced in many different manufacturing environments. His ability to
quickly and thoroughly pick up the key attributes of new products and processes allow
me to recommend Mr. Glenning for any fliture contract engineering assignments.
