In the past when a session was full there was no way to know if a client was not able to join. They could have contacted you but let’s face it, many clients won’t do that!
With the waiting list feature you make it easy for your clients to notify you when there is excess demand for your services.
Now you can easily manage your supply & demand and determine if additional services should be provided.

2. Online Group Bookings
Groups or courses with no vacancies will show a WAIT button
if the client wishes to add themselves to the waiting list.

3. Waiting List Registration
The client provides their
username and password to be
added to the waiting list.
Agents, Parents or Districts
can also provide their login
credentials and add their
assigned clients
to the waiting
list.

the client is added to

8. Enabling The Waiting List
To enable the waiting list feature do the following:
• Using the main menu click on:
• SETTINGS
• SETTINGS
• SYSTEM (sub-menu bar)
• MODULE CONTROL (on-page tab)
• Scroll down to WAITING LIST MODULE
• Select the ACTIVE radio button option
• That’s it!

WAITING LIST from the

From the waiting list page you can:
• review those clients on a the waiting list by session
• add clients to any session with a waiting list
• add new waiting list sessions

• list of clients on the waiting list for the session
• you can remove clients from a session’s waiting list
• you can forcibly add the client to the session regardless of vacancies

12. Add Client To Waiting List
You can add one or more
clients to an existing
waiting list.
Select the client from the
dropdown list and then
click, SUBMIT.

ahead of the curve and
add new waiting list
sessions no problem!
Select an open group
session from the
dropdown options.
Next choose those clients
you want to add to the
waiting list.
