After 2.5 minutes their request is color-coded Orange
After 5 minutes their request is color-coded Red
If the clientcloses down the browser or navigatesto another webpage their request is
stillactive
If they return before a practitioner or tutor accepts the request the request will continue to Lessonspace
If they do not return before the request is accepted and more than 3 minutes have passed the request is
cancelled and the practitioner or tutor will be notified the client is no longer present
Cancelledor dropped requests will be tracked by the system
When a requestis acceptedby a practitioneror tutor both parties willbe redirectedto
