2. Introduction
Why use technology as an educational
tool in the classroom? To answer that
question, I am going to identify
reasons for utilizing technology into
the curriculum and what example
technology resources are essential for
the enhancement of students’
learning. It will be crucial that the
principal, the teachers, and the whole
school staff to guarantee total
understandings and trust in each
other’s abilities throughout the
process of integrating the technology.
According to George Courus (2014),
“Technology will not replace great
teachers, but technology in the hands
of great teachers can be
transformational.”

Classroom
Implementation
The resource is a major go to for
any teacher to help with
engagement of all students in all
grades.
This resource is a great tool to
use in and out of the classroom
for mostly core subjects. The
teacher can keep track of all the
lessons the students have
completed which in hand can
create a competition among the
students for how many lessons
the students complete. And it
must be known that the teacher
can adjust where students are in
their own learning process.
This resource is a great tool to help
teachers create quick lessons that
are visually appealing. As said
above, the students could even
create their own lessons to present
to their classmates. It is very much
known that the best way to learn is
to teach, and when the students are
creating the lessons, they are
basically the teacher.
This resource is a lot like all the other
resources on this spreadsheet where
the classroom implementations are for
use of engagement from the students.
Wideo can create lessons quickly which
benefits the teacher’s time on other
educational items. Also, this resource
can be used by older grade students by
creating their own videos to share with
their class to help with the learning.
Group projects are so essential in the
classroom, and this resource is perfect
for supporting group work.
Lastly, Socrative is a similar resource
to Blendspace and Wideo. This
resource is user friendly for the
teacher and collaborative teachers to
share their work. The students would
use this resource for assessments
that can be assessed either in a
summative or formative matter.
Older grade students could even use
this resources to create assessments
that they can give among their own
classmates (like creating an assessing
type game for the classmates to
experience).
10. Classroom Design Aspects
â—¦ Classrooms with only one computer can apply the many components addressed
from the previous slides.
â—¦ Classrooms with multiple computers can apply all of the components addressed
from the previous slides.
â—¦ Classrooms that have handheld devices can apply all of the components
addressed from the previous slides.
â—¦ Classrooms with iPads, tablets, and/or laptops can apply all of the components
addressed from the previous slides as well as more educational technology
resources not mentioned in this presentation.
11. Conclusion
Throughout this presentation you
should have learned and made
aware of the impacts of
implementing educational
technology into the classroom to
enhance students’ learning. When
students’ learning is boosted
through technology, students
participate willingly into the
instructions to gain knowledge and
understandings that are appropriate
to their learning styles. Therefore,
this presentation should help all
staff within the school to
understand that there are many
advantages in using technology
into the lessons within the school
so students’ education will
improve.
