7. Questions
• 1. What do you think worked well on my fanzines?
• I think that you have been successfully detail-orientated, particularly in how you have written the
articles of the projects and how well they blend with the images.
• 2. What element on my fanzine did you like the best?
• All of the aesthetics of the product line up with Game of Thrones portrays itself, being very
faithful to the source material.
• 3.What would you improve on my fanzine?
• I think the images themselves could be less sharp in relation to the background; some effects
could be used to make them appear more in tune with their surroundings.
• 4.What else would you add if you could to my fanzine?
• Given that Game of Thrones is the main focus, pages relating to the main power players, such as
the seven houses, could be used well to recap their actions over the course of the story.

• 1. What do you think worked well on my fanzines?
• The information you provided for each character was very informative and I learnt something new about all
three of the characters, I think the way you displayed the information was key because it acted as “key
bulletpoints” and you managed to reduce the most important facts without being to brief.
• 2. What element on my fanzine did you like the best?
• I actually enjoyed looking at the map of Westeros on the double page spread it was a surprise as I haven’t
seen that done before, it also added context for me as to where each character belongs in the books and
series geographically. Not only was it aesthetically pleasing it managed to add my information to each
characters story, I liked that touch.
• 3.What would you improve on my fanzine?
• I did see room for improvement in which there could have been extra space for even more information, no
necessarily about the three characters but perhaps about the author and where he started gaining
momentum in his writing career or even the budget and production of the HBO show, that could have been
very interesting.
• 4.What else would you add if you could to my fanzine?
• Id would of liked to see some more illustrations of the crests of all the great houses instead of just the three I
believe this would give a nod to the complexity of this story.

9. Questions
• 1. I think your use of colour reflects the projects purpose and
subject extremely well. Each page has an overall colour scheme and the
text relates to the images and colour perfectly. Your design
Is consistent throughout which makes it very aesthetically pleasing.
• 2. I like the effect on the images best, it just adds that unique
design element that makes it stand out.
• 3. I would maybe make the house Lannister Tyrion page less dark as
the background is very black and the image isn't contrasted enough.
• 4. As I have watched game of thrones I wouldn’t know what to change, it
is interesting to read and the style is really well matched to the series, I
think it’s a really enjoyable fanzine with good colours and layouts.
