2. Risk assessments are important because there is
potential risks that need to be identified and
controlled. This is particularly useful for a
magazine shoot, because it will prevent damage
to equipment.
3. Potential Risk Control
Damage to equipment Film in the right weather conditions, so
there is no water damage to the camera.
This will also mean that we will have ideal
shots When the camera is not in use,
Store is safely in a bag, with the tripod
folded safely away. When the camera is in
use, make sure that it secured safely to a
tripod (Tightened on properly). I will also
make sure I know how to use the
equipment safely and properly.
Permission from model I need to gain permission from the model’s
to use their photos. Without getting their
permission it is considered unethical
which may cause problems. I will also
need to get permission to upload the
pictures to my blogger.
Consent from property
owner
If I am going to take pictures, I may need
consent from the property owner, or
someone in charge, Otherwise I could get
into trouble. Also, If I am filming it in a
public place, I must make sure that the
area is clear, to avoid collisions and also
to make sure that no one else gets in the
shot, which may lead to ethical issues.
Bad weather If it were to rain, It could seriously damage
the equipment or even give us an electric
shock. To prevent this, I will check the
weather forecasts prior to see if the
conditions are dry.
