2. MY PUBLISHING COMPANY
 A publishing company that may distribute my magazine might be
‘Spin Media’ Magazine.
 I think they would be suitable because within my previous
research they were the magazine that appealed to me most to
create the magazine I have. They also publish the ‘Vibe
magazine which in my opinion is most like ‘The Beatz’
magazine.
 My magazine fits into their group of brands because my it
focuses on the Hip Hop/ Rap genres which my magazine is
based on. Vibe magazine would only appeal to a certain niche
audience, mainly of teenagers and younger adults which is the
niche audience I have attempted to aim my magazine towards.

3. AUDIENCES OF THE COMPANY
 The niche audiences that they target are mainly targeted to an
audience of the ages between 18-34 year olds. They also attempt to
target towards the young urban followers of the Hip Hop culture and
the listeners of the genre.
 The company would be able to help my magazine be successful
because my magazine is the same genre and includes the same
type on content as the company so they would automatically had an
audience that are interested in the same type of magazine as mine.

4. OTHER RELEVANT PUBLISHING COMPANIES
 The NorthStar Group have made ‘The Source’ magazine which does
include sections of the hip-hop culture but also discusses politics and
the culture.
 Another publishing company is the ‘Prometheus Global Media’ which
released the ‘Billboard’ magazine known for the music charts, news
and reviews.
