My name is Lady Dungog and I have been working at McDonald's Restaurant as one of
the supervising managers for the last 3 years. I've known Reika Castaneda from the years
of 2012-2014 working with her as one of her managers at McDonald's Restaurant.
As a Crew Member of McDonald's Restaurant, I have watched Reika's skills develop and
progress exceptionally, demonstrating dedicated work ethic and positive attitude towards
her job into serving others. She has the ability to work extremely well under pressure
being at a fast food restaurant, and solve arising problems through a variety of different
situations that occur. Reika reacts very quickly when certain things need to be done and
adapts very well no matter what environment she is placed in (e.g at work – drive thru,
front counter, kitchen). Working with her other crew members, she excels in team
cooperation very well, while still demonstrates her interpersonal skills as an individual
taking lead when it's needed. Reika also demonstrates excellent leadership skills, being
assertive and making the initiative when opportunity presents itself. She has truly proven
time after time that she is a valuable member to our team and a productive individual on
consistent basis.
Reika continues to excel taking on new roles at work and a positive attitude that
influences other crew members to follow. Therefore, I give my highest recommendation.
I have the utmost confidence that Reika will continue these excellent work efforts within
