Job Description:
 Architectural In-charge
 Supervision of formworks, rebar installation, and concreting of fire exit stairs, elevator
pit, building entrance stairs and ramp, pre-cast walls and concrete electrical conduit.
 Estimate of cost of the entrance road of the building from the main road.
 Estimate of consumable materials for architectural finishes (sealant, tile adhesive, etc.).

 Coordinate with Special Trade Groups (painting, tile setting, ceiling and cabinetry).
 Conduct inspection of materials delivered in site.
 Conduct productivity rate computations for planning.

painting, ACU drains, installation of wooden main doors, PVC doors, and steel doors,
and cabinetry and countertop installation).
 Conduct quality inspection of interior architectural finishes on all the studio units
(painting, windows, wooden main door, PVC doors, ceiling cladding, floor and wall tiles,
ACU drains and electrical and plumbing fixtures).
 Conduct quality inspection of architectural finishes of common areas per floor (painting,
pipe chase aluminum doors and fire exit steel doors).
 Evaluate work accomplishment report and billing for cabinetry installation, painting,
windows installation, pipe chase aluminum doors installation, and ceiling works).
 Supervision of interior architectural repair and retouching works to meet the desired
quality of workmanship on all the studio units.
 In-charge of the studio units’ turnover to the owner/client.
